My family and I recently visited Audi Finchley, and it was our very first time purchasing an Audi.
From the moment we arrived, Jason looked after us throughout the entire process, and we genuinely cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided. My family and I are very picky when it comes to cars, and we arrived with a lot of questions and uncertainties. However, Jason was incredibly patient, understanding, and accommodating, even though we took up hours of his time. He never once made us feel rushed or pressured and took the time to carefully talk us through every detail, from the vehicle itself to the purchasing process and options available. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and transparent, which made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, ensuring we fully understood each step. He also shared his own positive personal experiences with Audi cars, which really helped reassure us and ultimately swayed our decision. What stood out the most was his level of patience and professionalism. Despite the many questions we had, Jason remained calm, friendly, and genuinely helpful at all times. His customer service was exceptional, and it is clear that he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does.
