Finchley Road Audi

My experience at Finchley Road Audi was generally very good, as the staff I dealt with on site were very friendly, efficient and enabled me to agree a deal that felt was reasonable.
I would single out Jason Martin and Rajen Patel as being particularly helpful, courteous and as being a credit to your company.
My one reservation relates to my experience with the finance arrangements, which I found to be cumbersome. I appreciate the need to be through when making credit available, but in this case, the issues where clarification and further evidence were required were not always made clear to me in the correspondence that I received.
This arose due to the use of 'generic' emails that all appear very similar and where the action required is not always easy to spot - but fortunately Rajen and Jason were able to intervene and clarify the outstanding issues.

The staff at Finchley Road Audi were good because I had no hard sell. The Sales Executive that dealt with me, Alban Xhemajli, was friendly but professional, he listened to what was important to me, he explained Finance but I was not interested, however he still mentioned the Audi Essential Extras which I did take! He made me feel very comfortable and I felt confident in the test drive. He was also very respectful of the fact that so was customer and not the person accompanying me. He was patient and helpful literally guiding me to complete the link and arrange the insurance . He made my experience in buying my Audi Q2 a lovely one.

Lewis and Raj at Finchley Road Audi were great throughout the entire process of me purchasing my vehicle. They were both incredibly helpful explained everything and ensured I understood everything.
